(1) Vendor needs to provide vending services to the government authority located in Commerce City, CO.– Provide, install, service, and maintain vending machines.– Provide a point of contact and customer service phone number for malfunctions or consumer refund requests.– Vendor shall stock machines weekly and on an “as–needed basis.– Vendor must stock a variety of snacks and beverages.– Vendor must provide beverage and snack/food machines that are clean, free of defects.– Machines must be new or fully refurbished, in clean, attractive, and fully operational condition at time of installation.– Refrigerator beverage machines must always maintain appropriate temperatures.– All delivery, setup, and connection costs are the vendor’s responsibility.– Machines must be installed without causing any damage to city property.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
