(1) Vendor needs to provide audio–visual systems integration, maintenance and support services to the government authority located in Santa Monica, CA. – Provide comprehensive, AV services in support of conference rooms, event spaces and other agency facilities.  – Services will be requested on an as–needed basis and may vary in size, complexity, and duration.• As–needed and miscellaneous services:– Small–scale AV requests or one–off installations– Support for meetings or events, as requested• AV system design and consulting:– Assessment of existing AV systems and spaces– AV system design and engineering services– Recommendations for equipment, configurations, and standards• Installation and integration services:– Installation and integration of AV equipment, including displays, video walls, projectors, audio systems, microphones, control systems, and related components– Mounting, cabling, termination, and connection of equipment• Maintenance and support services:– Preventative maintenance and system health checks– Troubleshooting and repair of AV systems and components• Upgrades, refreshes and improvements:– Incremental upgrades to existing AV systems– Conference room and event space refreshes• Project management, coordination, training and documentation:– Project planning and scheduling related to AV services– System administrator or technical training, as requested(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
