(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological and fitness services for duty evaluations to the government authority located in Adams, CO.– Pre–Employment Psychological Screening– Reviewing background information relevant to applicant suitability– Administering written exercises, reasoning assessments, and personality–based psychological testing– Conducting a structured interview with a qualified psychologist– Post–Offer Psychological Screening– Collecting additional psychological history information– Administering standardized psychopathology assessments and personality measures.– Comprehensive Post–Offer Psychological Evaluation– Review of available background and investigative information– Reasoning assessments, personality testing, and psychopathology evaluation.– Fitness–for–Duty Evaluations– Post–Critical Incident Debriefings(2) The contract period will be for one year.
