Bicycle Lockers Replacement

VTA seeks proposals (each from qualified firms to provide the following services: replacement, installation and/or upgrade of bicycle lockers to a networked enabled, electronic, time of use locker system (or comparable bike parking solution); ongoing operations and maintenance of the lockers, including back-end client dashboard to monitor the system, web-based and/or app-based public interface to view real-time locker availability; full service customer support, mobile payment, cash payment and access controls. This project will replace 199 bicycle lockers (providing 398 secure bicycle parking spaces) located at VTA park and ride lots, Light Rail Transit Centers (enterprise fleet). The customer service, operations and maintenance contract term is for 5 years with two (1) year options. This contract will accompany the purchase of electronic lockers.
