Description
Project Title The Lake Forest Housing Authority ("Authority") is responsible for implementing the City's affordable housing goals, including administering the City's affordable housing programs, overseeing former Redevelopment Agency affordable housing assets, and properly expending affordable housing funding resources. The Consultant will provide the Authority and other City staff with general affordable housing consultant services, including preparing annual reports, reviewing annual affordable housing monitoring reports and assisting with the creation and/or preservation of affordable housing in Lake Forest.
