(1) Vendor needs to provide mail distribution and management services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Responsible for metering outgoing official mail, maintaining appropriate files and accurate records for tracking services (USPS/UPS/FEDEX), accountable mail, receiving and preparing for distribution all USPS, UPS and FEDEX shipments to enable proper tracking and accounting all mail services.– Suspect mail shall be segregated with immediate notification to the Mail Manager and Security Dispatch Office.
