Vendor needs to provide temporary support staff services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Provide temporary support staff who meet the following criteria and have the following skills:– Know Microsoft Office applications, including TEAMS, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint andOutlook.– Know general clerical processes, including typing, databases and data entry, filing, printing, copying, scanning and word processing;– Establish and maintain good working relationships with co–workers.– Provide good customer service, communications, and phone answering skills.– Type and file with speed and accuracy.• Provide general clerical, administrative, and customer service support as well as organize, track, audit, review, do proofreading and quality control checks, and maintain and store the agency’s paper and electronic records and files.• Facilitate the management of records and files and shall perform the following tasks related to the management of records and files: review, assessment, validation, data entry, reviewing, quality checks, copying, scanning, labeling, filing, packing, moving, and transporting.• The contractor, as needed, shall provide general office support for 8 hours per day, four days a week.
