(1) Vendor needs to provide E–commerce implementation software indulging salesforce Commerce Cloud to modernize our digital transaction ecosystem.– Three distinct store types: a modern, retail–inspired philanthropic giving platform; a comprehensive portal for membership sales and renewals; and a robust, high–volume replacement for the current cap and gown e–commerce site.– Deploy a multi–storefront architecture on Salesforce Commerce Cloud sharing a single unified backend but utilizing tailored layouts, checkout workflows, and user permissions for Online Giving, Memberships, and the Cap & Gown Store.– Deliver a mobile–first, frictionless donation platform supporting express checkout, digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.), and flexible configurations for one–time, recurring, pledge payments and pledge–based giving models.
