(1) Vendor needs to provide office of management budget and central grants consulting services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Reviewing department business processes, documenting workflow and creating process maps.– Making recommendations for improving processes and developing action plans for implementation.– Drafting policies and procedures in consultation with department staff and key personnel from other departments as appropriate.– Drafting and editing white papers, or other documents, in support of program or policy proposals.– Facilitating staff in the development of key performance indicators, including definitions of indicators and sustainable reporting methodologies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
