The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide Timekeeping and Scheduling software that meets or exceeds the current City of West Sacramento requirements and whose complete product offering provides a robust solution that will allow the City to leverage their investment as their needs continue to evolve and grow. The following is a list of tasks that are intended to be the responsibility of the Contractor pursuant to this Request for Proposals: Project Management Software Installation Report Development Integration and Interface Development Software Modifications Implementation and Training Services Testing Knowledge Transfer to Staff System Documentation Development Operational Redesign Assistance Ongoing Support and Maintenance Services Hosting Services Change Management
