CONS-22843 - USA (Toms River, New Jersey) - Construction Project Management Service - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction project management service to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.– The CPM will provide a review of engineering, inspection, estimates and project management services for the duration of the project.– The CPM will oversee and coordinate all contractors/subcontractors during all phases of the project.– Provide written progress reports to the agency including information showing percentages of completion, project budget and the number and amount of approved change orders and maintain a project log.– Review, recommend and provide final approval for all shop drawings and submittals.– provide a review of engineering, inspection, estimates and project management services for the duration of the project.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
