CLEANING-13690 - USA (New York) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in NY. – Cleaners supply vacuum, bags, cleaning chemicals, etc.– Supplies toilet paper and C–fold towels for dispensers and soap for dispensers.– Vacuum or sweep all tile floors and mop each day, including kitchen.– Vacuum all carpets each day (interview rooms, offices, roll call room, patrol room, file room and clerk area, two (2) conference rooms, room and room).– Empty all trash and recycle bins, replace cans with new plastic bags each day.– Take to dumpster and recycle totes outside.– Empty trash cans outside the doors and replace cans with new garbage bags each day.– Empty shredders.– Vacuum both men’s and women’s locker rooms and mop floors.– Pick up any paper or hangers on floor.– Clean and sanitize showers, sinks and toilets in locker rooms.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
