Design of Lions Park Non-Potable Water Irrigation Conversion

The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide the services listed in the Scope of Work. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The City of Banning (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms for the Design of Lions Park Non-Potable Water Irrigation Conversion. Lions Park is an 8.9-acre facility located at 955 South Hargrave Street. The Facility consists of three baseball fields, a children’s playground and a 500 square-feet concession stand. Lions Park existing irrigation piping is a mix of PVC, HDPE, and copper piping that has gone beyond its useful life. The Consultant will provide a design that splits the existing potable water irrigation system into a non-potable water system for irrigation and potable water system for facilities such as drinking fountains and bathrooms.
