(1) Vendor needs to provide general plan update services to the government authority located in Pico Rivera, CA.– The project schedule shall include all stages of the project, including, at a minimum:– Project Management.– Existing Conditions and Analysis.– Community Engagement.– Land Use Element Update.– Circulation Element Update.– Environmental Justice Element Update.– Conservation, Open Space, Noise Elements.– Environmental Review.– Hearings and Adoption.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.
