TRAVEL-1772 - USA (Lansing, Michigan) - Travel Administrator Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide travel administrator services to provide agent support and online supported travel reservations for state employees traveling on official business to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.1. Air reservations:– Offer the lowest airfare available, including web–fare to meet the travellers’ itinerary and offer alternate cost–effective itinerary options.– Each state department has a ghost travel credit card account – all air tickets purchased must be charged to the travellers applicable department travel credit card account. 2. Hotel reservations:– The contractor must have in place, a system to ensure that travellers are booked at the best value available. The contractor must identify and offer the lowest cost possible at qualifying hotels. 3. Other travel:– The contractor must provide the lowest cost rail reservations for travellers that prefer this method of travel.– The contractor must provide the lowest cost car rental reservations for travellers when authorized and approved. 4. Reservation changes and cancellations:– A transaction fee will not be applied for cancellations of reservations, or a change in reservation that does not generate a new ticket. 5. Online reservation system:– The contractor must provide a means for self–registration and the online tool to book and manage profiles and reservations.– The contractors proposed reservation tool (system) must allow users to set–up an online travel account personalized to each user.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
