EXTRA-73806 - USA (Nantucket, Massachusetts) - Japanese Knotweed Management Services - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide japanese knotweed management services to the government authority located in Nantucket, MA.  – The work shall begin in the fall and shall include properly timed treatment applications during the growing season to maximize the effectiveness of herbicide treatment and improve long–term control of the plant's root system.– Initial treatment preparation, including mowing of the designated treatment area in the spring.– Application of foliar herbicide treatment during the late summer and early fall period when plant– Carbohydrates are effectively transferred to the root system, allowing for improved herbicide translocation and treatment effectiveness.– Monitoring of the treatment area and implementation of additional treatment measures as necessary to support successful knotweed control.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
