Contractor must be prequalified by the FDOT in Work Class 18, see additional information related to requirements and qualifications in Section IV.E. The awarded Contractor agrees to comply with §20.055(5), Florida Statutes, and to incorporate in all subcontracts the obligation to comply with § 20.055(5), Florida Statutes.
