(1) Vendor needs to provide high–risk families counselling services to the government authority located in Modesto, CA. – Provide high–risk counselling services, domestic violence, and parent education to referred families seeking reunification with their children who have been removed due to abuse or neglect. – Consultant shall make reminder phone calls to clients, one business day in advance of the scheduled appointments.– Upon receiving the referral and encumbrance form from the social worker, consultant shall schedule a strength–based behavioral health assessment with the referred client to create a service plan.– Behavioral and mental health.– Domestic violence.– Parent education. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 17, 2026.
