(1) Vendor needs to provide internal auditing and consulting services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.– Auditing services:– Provide resources on an as–needed basis—yearly, hourly, or project–based.– Support both scheduled audits and unplanned engagements that arise due to emergent risks or management requests, if necessary.– IT security audits and cybersecurity assessments.– IT general controls testing and system‑specific audits.– Conduct grant and contract compliance audits.– Provide independent insight into high‑risk or sensitive areas where external participation may enhance objectivity.– Internal audit operations consulting:– Identify blind spots, emerging risk areas, and auditable entities not currently included in county planning.– Consider assistance on adopting agile audit methodologies.– Data analytics development:– Evaluate current audit analytics capabilities.– Recommend tools, methods, and automated routines to strengthen sampling, risk detection, and ongoing monitoring for risk assessment and statistically valid sampling.(2) Pre–proposal conference will be held on July 22, 2026.
