(1) Vendor needs to provide collaborative operations service to the government authority located in WA.– The Agency project is a collaborative initiative between UW and Sound Transit intended to enhance cross–organizational information sharing, shared situational awareness, and coordinated operations for Sound Transit operators, administrators, leadership, and field personnel– The envisioned solution would support day–to–day operations for Link light rail, commuter rail, Bus Rapid Transit, ST Express bus services, and other assets owned by agency.– Operational Visibility and Situational Awareness1. Unified operational view combining system status, assets, maps, cameras, stations, and user–submitted information2. Shared operational picture across partners and mode3.
