(1) Vendor needs to provide certification service to the government authority located in Ohio. – Provide certification deliverables (i.e., Personal Narrative Reviews, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), investigations, triennial reviews, reviews for Industry Classification System code additions, and Quality Assurance Reviews).– Provide expertise as requested related to the implementation.– Review and process firms’ notices of change.– Conduct desk and on–site reviews.– Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) of staff to ensure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
