(1) Vendor needs to provide staff augmentation services to the government authority located in Glendale, CA.– Provide on–call civil engineering staff augmentation services to support the delivery of municipal infrastructure capital improvement projects.– The Consultant shall identify the proposed personnel in its Proposal and provideresumes, license information, relevant project experience, availability, proposed role,and anticipated level of commitment for each person.• Plans, specifications, estimates, quantity calculations, and bid documents.• Design review comments, constructability review comments, and quality controlDocumentation.• Meeting agendas, meeting notes, correspondence, memoranda, and projectRecords.• Bid support materials, addenda support, bid review documentation, and awardsupport materials.• Construction support documentation, including submittal reviews, RFI responses,change order reviews, progress payment reviews, and field issue documentation;• Staff reports, Council materials, exhibits, presentations, and project summaryDocuments.• Project closeout documents, punch list tracking, record drawing coordination,warranty item tracking, and final documentation.• Other related engineering, project management, design, or construction supportdeliverables requested by the City.– Project Management Support• Manage assigned capital improvement projects from planning, design, bid,construction, and closeout phases.• Develop and maintain project schedules, action item logs, and projectstatus updates.• Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas, meeting notes, andfollow–up items.• Coordinate with City staff, consultants, contractors, utility companies,regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.• Track project budgets, expenditures, commitments, and fundingConstraints.– Design and Design Management Support• Prepare, review, or coordinate plans, specifications, and estimates formunicipal infrastructure projects.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
