(1) Vendor needs to provide official newspaper of record publication service. • Distribute the newspaper a minimum of one time a week.• Provide the County with an Affidavit of Publication within fourteen (14) days after the last publication date of any County advertisement. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 3, 2026. (3) Vendors will need to pay and register on the tendering authority's website in order to obtain the RFP document without a watermark.
