(1) Vendor needs to provide fraud and abuse hotline intake and database solution.– Solution must encompass both 24/7/365 intake services, accessible via phone and web reporting, and a robust database management platform– Responsible for providing continuous hotline operations and a secure, user–friendly database to manage all reported incidents– Solution is the ability to seamlessly integrate with agency current vendors and facilitate the secure transfer of all existing hotline reports into the new database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality throughout the migration process– Supplier will provide continuous intake services via dedicated phone lines and a secure web reporting portal, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.– Supplier will integrate Single Sign–On (SSO) functionality to streamline user access and enhance security– Provide continuous intake services via dedicated phone lines and a secure web reporting portal, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year– Provision of a secure database for managing all hotline reports(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
