(1) Vendor needs to provide general banking service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.– General FundA. The cash management system utilized for general fund transactions is designed to assure the District that every dollar on deposit is put to use.– The cash management system for the general fund will be used for deposits from tax accounts, wire transfers, redemptions of certificates of deposit, interest earnings, federal revenue and revenue received from general fund sources into the deposit account. It– Student Activity AccountA. The school district maintains a Student Activity Deposit Account. Deposits average three a week when school is in session.– The Student Activity money is deposited into a deposit account.– Athletic AccountsA. The school district maintains an Athletic Account. Deposits average three a week when school is in session(2) The contract period will be for one year.
