(1) Vendor needs to provide petitioning attorney services for assisted outpatient treatment to the government authority located in Las Cruces, NM.– Legal representation and court proceedings:– Review referrals and supporting documentation for petitions.– Prepare, file, and prosecute petitions for Assisted Outpatient Treatment.– Legal guidance and consultation:– Provide legal consultation and guidance regarding statutory requirements and procedures.– Advise County staff and program stakeholders regarding legal processes and compliance issues.– Coordination and collaboration:– Coordinate with behavioural health providers, treatment teams, law enforcement agencies, and County staff.– Reporting and documentation:– Maintain accurate case records and documentation.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
