(1) Vendor needs to provide active and retired employee dental benefits services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.– Provide fully insured medical, hospital and prescription drug plan benefits for active and retired employees of the county.– Provide self–insured dental preferred provider organization (DPPO) and fully–insured dental health maintenance organization (DHMO) dental benefits for active employees of the county and fully–insured DHMO and DPPO dental benefits for retired employees of the county.– Make prompt payment for claims for dental benefits.– Provide assistance, technically, and creatively, in the on–going development and preparation of various employee communications material.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
