(1) Vendor needs to provide as–needed environmental services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. • Planning and permitting support: Prepare reports or site–specific technical studies during the planning phase to address potential impacts to natural resources (land use, geology, hydrology, etc.) and/or non–renewable resources (biological, historical, cultural, paleontological, soils, etc.).• Mitigation services: Provide mitigation engineering support, including the conducting and preparing Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) studies and reports to determine the feasibility and/or viability of a mitigation project or site.• On–site monitoring and reporting services.• As–needed emergency environmental permit preparation and monitoring: The consultant shall be on–call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for any permit applications, processing, and on–site monitoring required during unplanned emergency stormwater projects occurring in environmentally sensitive or jurisdictional areas.• Engineering support: Provide support to agency engineers, planners and agency staff to prepare hydrology, hydraulic and water quality technical studies for stormwater infrastructure projects. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
