Mental Health / Youth – Promotora Program

Washington County is requesting Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified organizations to provide prevention and early intervention services through an Early Childhood Promotora Program. This program will provide services to Latino families with young children in Washington County in order to provide basic parenting education, developmental screening, referral and linkage to behavioral health services and other community resources. Services will be provided by bilingual and bicultural parent educators called Promotoras. The County intends to contract with one organization; if multiple letters of interest are received the County will enter into a request for proposals process. Total contract value will be approximately $290,000 per year.
