(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Palmer, AK. • Provide custodial services for the Robert Vroman Public Works Facility in Palmer, Alaska.• Trash cans emptied nightly and liners changed as needed.• Spot clean walls and windowsills.• Clean kitchen areas, sink, counter, table, coffee pot, water cooler, outside of refrigerator, microwave and restock supplies as needed.• Light switches and door handles are to be sanitized. • Clean exterior of glass doors if weather permits including the bottom and around glass on doors.• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals and counters.• Clean mirrors, glass and chrome hardware.• Clean and refill dispensers–soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary napkin dispensers.• Spot clean partitions and walls.• Empty trash and replace garbage liners. Spot clean trash cans as needed.• Sweep and mop.• Vacuum if carpeting is present.• Sanitize handrails.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
