(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological assessment services to the government authority located in Commerce City, CO.• Psychological assessment testing for the department including the development, administration, and evaluation of standardized psychological tools designed to assess candidates’ and employees’ suitability for law enforcement duties.• The assessments aim to identify behavioral traits, cognitive abilities, emotional stability, and psychological readiness essential for performing high–risk and high–responsibility roles.• Provide pre–offer/pre–employment psychological screening and a job suitability assessment (JSA) consisting of testing and a clinical interview.• All tests shall be administered and scored by a licensed police and public safety psychologist in good standing with the state licensure board for psychologists.• Testing and clinical interviews can be in–person or administered remotely through an online computer program.• Wonderlic Personnel Test• Psychological Testing for Psychopathology.• California Psychological Inventory (CPI)• Minnesota Multiphasic Inventory–3 (MMPI–3)• Police Officer Candidate Interpretive Report (PCIR)• Candidate and Officer Personnel Survey (COPS–R)• Personality Assessment Inventory• Psychological Stability Assessment• Previous Pre–Employment Public Safety Psychological Evaluations• Substance Abuse Assessment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
