(1) Vendor needs to provide portable material screener supply to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.• provide a portable material screener, EZ–Screen 1000XL or approved equal• Technical Requirements• Frame shall be constructed of structural tube steel designed to reduce vibration and susceptibility to cracks and structural failure.• Screening surfaces shall have a durable baked powder–coat finish.• Unit shall accommodate a loading bucket up to approximately 8 feet wide.• Minimum hopper capacity: 1–3/4 cubic yards.• Inside access for bucket: approximately 9 feet 4 inches.• Feed height at hopper: approximately 8 feet 3 inches.• Double–deck screen box, approximately 6 feet x 5 feet, with end–tensioned screens.• Diesel engine: KOHLER ERTM KD15–440 single–cylinder, air–cooled diesel engine, or approved equal.• Engine shall include approximately 10–HP output, hour meter, and electric start as standard.• Fully enclosed, lockable engine compartment and starter panel.• Long–life battery suitable for a vibratory operating environment, comparable to Duracell AGM.• Non–hydraulic kinetic screen drive system.• Dual–stage air filter system with pre–cleaner.• Unit shall be towable and include safety chains, a 7,000–lb capacity jack, break–away controller, and sealed wiring harness for legal towing.• Hitch configuration shall accommodate either a 3–inch lunette ring or 2–5/16–inch ball hitch, as applicable.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
