(1) Vendor needs to provide audiology screening services to the government authority located in Rock Island Arsenal, IL.– The contract provider may be an audiologist or a physician who has successfully completed a residency in otolaryngology.– Audiometric testing must be administered by a physician, audiologist, or an audiometric technician certified by the council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. – Audiometric technicians must administer audiometric tests under the supervision of a physician or an audiologist.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
