Apparel Items

Collin County Community College District (District) is soliciting bids from qualified suppliers to establish a contract for printed (embroidered and/or screen-printed) apparel items, such as, but not limited to, polo shirts, t-shirts, jackets, ball caps, etc. This contract does not include apparel for the District’s athletic teams. The term of the contract shall be for a period of three (3) years beginning January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027. It is anticipated that an award recommendation will be presented to the Board of Trustees on October 25, 2024, and bidders will be notified of the results after approval by the Board of Trustees. The resulting contract may be a multiple supplier award. Orders will be placed on an as needed, when needed basis via a District purchase order issued by the Purchasing Department.
