(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Waynesville, NC– Empty all trashcans. – Replace trashcan liners – Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces – Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs – Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions. – Service Days: Wednesday after 5:00 PM ET & Saturdays– Square Footage: 2764(2) A pre–bid mandatory site visit will be held on September 1, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
