Auditing Services for City of Apopka and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)

The City of Apopka seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional auditing services of financial statements. Proposals are to be submitted via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/apopka ). Proposals will be received until 'Proposal Submission Time on 'Proposal Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. Section 218.39 of the Florida Statutes requires an annual financial audit of City accounts and records by an independent certified public accountant. Although fees will be a consideration in evaluating proposals, it will not be the only consideration. Evaluation criteria will include the firm’s personnel, experience, capacity to furnish the required services, and the specific audit approach.
