ITES-11040 - USA (New York) - GLOBAL- Data Sharing for Domestic Resource Mobilization Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide data sharing for domestic resource mobilization service to the government authority located in America. – The assignment will first establish an analytical framework for identifying the data sources, institutional arrangements and existing tools and partnerships relevant to different domestic resource mobilization (DRM) objectives.– The analysis will map the institutions, data and data flows relevant to the identified problem and examine the governance, institutional, legal, technical and political–economy factors that enable or constrain effective data sharing, with a view to identifying priority data needs, gaps, ongoing reforms and practical entry points.– Develop the analytical framework – Desk review and consultation with global stakeholders– Conduct country problem analysis and targeted data–sharing mappings– Map the institutions and data relevant to the identified DRM problem, including formal and informal data–sharing arrangements and actual data flows.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
