(1) Vendor needs to provide utility billing software to support all existing district utility billing processes and procedures while enhancing customer service capabilities, improving staff productivity, and leveraging current technology advancements.– Maintaining customer accounts, – Billing and collection processes, – Paperless billing or E–bill capabilities, – Improve customer communication capabilities via text, email, and robocalling services,  – Service order management, – Payment processing/cashiering, – Customer web portal functionality, – Backflow Program tracking and maintenance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
