Description
The objective of this IFB is to establish a contract with a responsive and responsible contractor to complete the required rehabilitation work (Ceramic tile Gable Roof and BUR Flat Roof, Door & Window Replacement, Water Heater Replacement & Relocation) at 4060 E 10 Ave, Hialeah Fl 33013. This repair project must follow the requirements of the 2023 FBC, Residential, 8th Edition, Chapter 9 Roof Assemblies, and 2024 Florida Roofing Codes Updates. All work performed under this Repair Project shall comply with all National, State and Local Codes having jurisdiction and with all requirements of Utility Companies whose services will be used.
