(1) Vendor needs to provide medical diamond infrastructure improvement services to the government authority located in Saginaw MI.– Reconstruction project for water main, sanitary/storm sewer replacement and roadway rehabilitation.– Pavement removal, earthwork, select curb removal and replacement, hma paving, sidewalks, ada sidewalk ramps, pavement markings, street lighting and restoration.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 12, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
