(1) Vendor needs to provide portfolio management services to the government authority located in Anaheim, CA. – Provide Portfolio management services to assist the finance director and treasurer in the prudent investment and protection of assets.– Provide comprehensive reporting to keep staff informed of the status of investments, which may include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.– Perform cash flow analysis to determine current and future liquidity needs, assist to develop a detailed cash flow and maturity analysis and projections to ensure that the investment strategy is consistent with cash requirements.– Provide credit analysis and risk assessment of investment portfolios.– Provide full–time investment management services.– Evaluate market risk and develop strategies that minimize portfolio impact.– Establish appropriate performance benchmarks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
