(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Rocky Hill, CT. – Vacuum cleaners (HEPA) and floor machines designed for industrial use and in excellent working order.– Service counters and service windows must be cleaned daily.– Clean and disinfect using appropriate industry standard cleaner.– Clean all mirrors.– Empty and wipe clean all waste receptacles and recycling containers.– Daily and weekly janitorial services.– Spot clean all carpeting.– Cleaning solutions.       (2) The contract period will be for three years.           (3) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 07, 2027.
