(1) Vendor needs to provide water resources master plan update service to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ.                    – Scenario Planning Development & Implementation– Land Use, Development, and Water/Wastewater Demand Analysis– Water Resources Portfolio Review– Water Quality– Hydraulic Model Update and Systems Evaluation– Water and Wastewater Capital Facilities– Integrated Water Resources Master Plan Recommendations– Asset Management(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
