(1) Vendor needs to provide person–centered training and advance directives services to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY. – Provide training covering the topic of person–centered care and planning, supported by updated policies and advance directives for the agency.– The comprehensive training program will be delivered over a multi–hour or multi–day period, focusing on foundational and advanced topics essential for person–centered care.– Key areas of instruction include person–centered treatment, effective person–centered planning, strategies for person–centered goal development, and methods for assessing goal achievements.– Provide a comprehensive, in–person, person–centered professional development training tailored to the unique administrative and clinical environments.  – Provide necessary logistics for all in–person training sessions, and consultation meetings conducted at the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
