(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for selection of pool facility construction to the government authority located in Shoreline, WA. – Consulting Services for the Selection of a Pool Facility Construction Contracting Method and Potential Additional Owner Support Services.– This will include a general discussion of the analytics to be used for the decision, including criteria, timing, and decision makers. In addition, this memo will state which contracting methods will be considered.– Memo presenting the analysis regarding different approaches. This will include a pros and cons summary, risk allocation summary given specifics of the project scope, and general schedule for each approach.– Memo documenting the decision criteria and process, the final decision made, and next steps.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
