– After–hours cleaning is preferred for all agency facilities; however, the agency recognizes that after–hours service may not be practicable at all locations. Where after–hours cleaning is not feasible, the contractor shall coordinate service windows with the Town contract representative to minimize disruption to facility operations.– The agency may request custodial support for special events, agency Council meetings, public hearings, and other functions held in agency facilities. Event support includes pre–event preparation, cleaning during events, and post–event restoration.– Restrooms • Maintained in a spotless, sanitary, and odor–free condition at all times• Floors, partitions, walls, and fixtures free of dirt, stains, mold, rust, moisture, and debris• Porcelain fixtures clean, bright, disinfected, deodorized, and free of incrustation• Drains (including floor drains) clean and odor–free• Mirrors clear and streak–free; bright metal clean and polished• Dispensers fully stocked, functional, and not overfilled, no chemical over–spray on surrounding surfaces– Hard Surface Floors • Clean, polished where appropriate, and slip–resistant• Free of dirt, debris, stains, scuffs, mop marks, gum, tar, and residue• Corners, under furniture, stair landings, elevator tracks, and thresholds free of debris(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 12, 2026.
