(1) Vendor needs to provide it management servicenow platform upgrades and enhancements services.– support for professional staff augmentation services to support, enhance, maintain, and optimize the IT Services ServiceNow enterprise platform consisting of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Employee Center, Catalog Management, Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), and Government Services Portal.– Enhance and maintain key modules including ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Employee Center, Catalog Management, and the Government Services Portal (PSDS+).– Resolves day–to–day user incidents, manages user access and groups, monitors overall system health, and assists with routine patching and platform updates.– Manage scheduled data imports, transform maps, data hygiene policies, and execute standard system property modifications.– Builds complex Service Catalog items using Flow Designer, develops custom portal widgets, writes client scripts/business rules, and executes backlog enhancements.– Configures and troubleshoots Discovery schedules, manage Servers, Asset Management support, maintains Configuration Management Database (CMDB) health, and maps infrastructure dependencies.– Set up, maintain, and optimize IP–based horizontal Discovery schedules across diverse government networks and cloud environments.
