(1) Vendor needs to provide course and program development services to the government authority located in Texas. – Instructional design and course development services to create, redesign, and enhance accessible Canvas courses, multimedia, assessments, and digital learning assets – Services may include development of new courses, redesign or enhancement of existing courses, instructional design, Canvas course production, multimedia development, accessibility compliance, quality assurance, and development of individual learning assets.– Collaborate with University faculty, subject matter experts, and staff to create accessible, engaging, and maintainable learning experiences for credit, noncredit, continuing education, professional education, and workforce programs.– Deliverables must be compatible with university supported tools such as Canvas, DesignPLUS, H5P, and Articulate Rise and include editable source files sufficient for State to maintain and update the materials after project completion.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
