(1) Vendor needs to provide engineer and special projects service to the government authority located in Roseland, NJ.• Prepare, or cause to be prepared, plans, designs and specifications for public works projects and improvements• Approve the design and construction of improvements in land subdivisions and developments which are subject to acceptance by the agency for maintenance purposes.• Serve as soil removal officer of the Borough, and, in such capacity, administer and enforce provision of Borough code• Prepare, review and approve construction plans and specifications for all capital improvement projects• Prepare reports and provide advice to the Mayor and Council regarding issues that arise that include but are not limited to regulations, legislation and ordinance(2) The contract period will be for one year.
