(1) Vendor needs to provide school photography and yearbook services. – Provide comprehensive school photography and yearbook services for approximately 106 Pre–K–12 schools. – Services shall include, student portrait photography, retake and makeup sessions, senior, graduation, athletic, club, classroom, staff, and special event photography as requested, yearbook design, layout, editing, proofing, printing, binding, and delivery, secure online yearbook and ordering platforms, dedicated account management, customer service and technical support and secure handling of student, family, staff, and agency information. • Photography services:– Student portrait photography– Senior, graduation, and commencement photography– Athletic, club, classroom, and special event photography– Staff and faculty photography– Photography session operations and quality• Yearbook services:– Design, layout, editing, and customization– Secure online yearbook platform– Proofing and final approval– Printing, binding, and delivery(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
